Freight & Handling Policy
For orders within New Zealand, Black Seal Imports freights its products throughout New Zealand using Fastways, Courier Post or DX Mail. All freight costs will be calculated at checkout and are exclusive of GST. Please select freight region when entering your delivery details. If you live in a rural zone or require overnight delivery, please select these options at this time. We will provide a tracking number to the email entered.
For international orders, Black Seal Imports freights its products using either FedEx or NZ Post. Please be sure to select the correct freight region and if you are unsure, please contact us at email@example.com to find out.
Orders with payment confirmed before 10am NZST will be processed the same day. We will make every effort to make orders with payment confirmed after 10am NZST, but under high load, these orders may be processed the following business day.
Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been approved. If payment is made by direct deposit and required urgently, then please send an email with a screen shot of the bank confirmation page to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will consider it confirmed. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
If the product is in stock, then small orders within New Zealand should arrive within 1-2 days, or up to 3 business days for Rural deliveries. If the product is not in stock we will be in touch to discuss the options.
Order History & Tracking
When your package is sent, you will automatically receive an email with your order’s tracking number. If for any reason you have not received an email, please contact us on 0800 YETI NZ or email@example.com to receive the tracking number.
